Description
Marabeg House is a comfortable two story house located 1km from Castlegregory Village on the Maharee's peninsula with spectacular views of Mount Brandon. The house has four bedrooms, 3 double and 1 single, and so can accommodate a party of seven people comfortably. There is a sun lounge at the rear of the house with wonderful views. Marabeg House is fully equipped with linen and duvets provided. There is secure parking and play area at the house.
Location
The house is located 20 minutes drive from Tralee town where a wide range of activities are available for the tourist, e.g. national folk theatre, omniplex cinema, Aquadome, steam locomotive and many more. The house is situated 14 miles along the Dingle Peninsula from Tralee which stretches for some 48km westward from Tralee town. The Dingle Peninsula has more interesting antiquities, historic sites and varied mountain scenery than any other part of Ireland. The house is located less than 1km from Maharees Blue Flag beach. The local beaches are popular for surfing, wind surfing, sub aqua, canoeing and waterskiing. The village of Castlegregory is 1 mile from the house where restaurants, craft shops and night entertainment can be enjoyed.
How To Get Here
Travel on the N86 for approximately 10 miles veering right at fork on road at Camp. Continue for approximately 5 miles until you arrive at the turn off for Castlegregory (sign posted). Take the turn for Castlegregory Village, continue through the village and take the Mahareee Peninsula road. Continue for 1km and the house is located on the left hand side.
